Implementing the sourcing strategies and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions
Will act as a first point of contact for all candidates.
Delivering exceptional candidateinterviewexperience and will also ensure that all candidates are effectively screened before inclusion into recruitment process
Understand and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for identifying the requirements for each position
Will develop a network comprising of industry professionals and potential candidates
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
Creative, forward thinker should be alert and receptive.
Requirements:
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. F2F, Telephonic , GD,SKYPE)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong decision making skills
* Willingness to travel for campus and recruitment drives
