Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing the sourcing strategies and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions
• Will act as a first point of contact for all candidates.
• Delivering exceptional candidate interview experience and will also ensure that all candidates are effectively screened before inclusion into recruitment process
• Understand and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for identifying the requirements for each position
• Will develop a network comprising of industry professionals and potential candidates
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
•  Creative, forward thinker should be alert and receptive.

Requirements:

 Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. F2F, Telephonic , GD,SKYPE)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong decision making skills

* Willingness to travel for campus and recruitment drives

* PLEASING PERSONALITY IS MANDATORY.
* FLEXIBLE FOR THE CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT.
* ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE & TASK.
